Wunschgarten Window Drawings
Shop windows in neighborhood hotspots are ideal spaces to showcase the creativity of local kids. Their drawings become part of the neighborhood landscape — even if only temporary. At the same time, the painting days are very performative, as both sides of shop windows are visible. This creates an empowering character, even if not everyone can participate in the process. Whether participating or watching, the shop window paintings strengthen self-efficacy during the painting process and later as contributions by young people in public spaces.
